"Welcome to the home of the Residents’ Association of the University of Ottawa! Bienvenue chez l’Association des résidents de l’Université d’Ottawa!"

Who we are

We are a not-for-profit organization working within the University of Ottawa residences with the goal of working with other groups on campus to provide the best experience possible for our members. To do so we plan awesome events, provide a vast array of free rentals (from air mattresses to DVDs, we’ve got you covered), answer questions about residence, and serve as the political representation of our members.

If you’re a resident at the University of Ottawa, we are here to serve you!

Lend Programs

One of the perks of being a member of the RAUO, which you are by living in residence, is that you have access to free rentals right within residence! Do you have a friend coming over and don’t want them to sleep on the floor? Need a VCR or DVD player? Need a yoga mat? Want to borrow some board games? We can help you out!

RezCup

What is RezCup?

RezCup, put simply, is the most awesome thing that has ever graced the University of Ottawa campus. It combines passion, pride, determination, and competition into one massive challenge: help your residence defeat the other 6 residences and claim your place as supreme champions. Points can be earned, and lost, in various ways, which will be explained in detail below. In order to be successful, everyone must work together. This challenge is not for the faint of heart: only one champion shall emerge – will it be your residence?
